Exciting times ahead as we shift our face-to-face office provision from the Guildhall to the Town Hall. We know how important it is to be able to speak to someone in person, and we will now be offering our friendly signposting and advice at the Town Hall from the 2nd February 2026.
Based on feedback from residents, we have also decided to offer longer opening hours. Instead of 9am-1pm Mondays-Fridays, we will now offer opening hours from 9am-5pm Mondays/Wednesday/Fridays.
We are hoping that this change will make it easier for residents to get in touch when needed. The Town Hall is a town centre location which offers step-free access, buggy and pram parking, and is dog friendly!
